Hosting included: Servers in the EU free of charge for all customers. Vista customers can additionally choose their own hosting.

What does OnSite cost and what is included?

OnSite is a one-time purchase. OnSite Foundation (2.470 € excl. VAT) includes the full app, basic setup and onboarding of your most important workflows – ready to use as delivered. OnSite Vista (4.940 € excl. VAT) additionally includes more intensive onboarding, personal consulting, your own customization project with individual development & integrations, and optionally your own server hosting. Hosting on servers in the EU is included in both. The AI features are billed separately (see below).

Are there ongoing costs?

For the app, no – it is a one-time purchase without recurring license fees, hosting included. Only the AI features are optional: either via the AI add-on subscription for 30 € per seat and month (OnSite provides the AI) or via your own API key with pay-as-you-go billing directly with the provider. Switchable at any time.
